Hi @lisagansner,

 

Some company file is mapped in drive E. If that's your case, you can look for your company file name (E:) in the list. Let me guide you how.

 

  1. Go to File, then Open or Restore Company.
  2. Select Open a company file, then Next.
  3. Browse the location of your company file, and choose the company file with .qbw extension.
  4. Click Open. Enter your user name and password when prompted.
