I can share some information about entering expense in QuickBooks Online using the Android app.
Please know that at this point, the option to pay an expense through Direct Debit is not available yet in QuickBooks. The only payment options when entering an expense are through Card, Cheque, and Cash.
We would highly appreciate if you could provide feedback to make the program better. To do so, you can send your feedback within your QuickBooks Online company file following the steps below:
- Click on the Gear icon.
- Click Feedback.
- Type in your feedback or feature request.
- Click Send Message.
