Thanks for checking in with us, shadowfaxroofing.

The option to reprint the payroll checks with the same check number is unavailable in QuickBooks Online (QBO). However, you can always re-print the paychecks using your check stock on your printer.

Here's how:

  1. Go to Reports on the left side menu.
  2. From the search icon at the left corner, type Paycheck List
  3. Select the paycheck you want to print by putting a checkmark in the box.
  4. Tick the Print button. Then it will appear in the PDF viewer.
  5. Tap the printer icon in the PDF viewer.
  6. Choose your printer in the Destination drop-down.
  7. Press Print.

I've got a link here that provides you with articles about managing your payroll: Pay employees, enter timesheets, and send payroll forms.

Keep me posted if you need a hand with running payroll reports or any QBO related. I'll be here to help. Take care always.
