Before we install, you might want to create a backup copy of your company file first. Let me walk you through how.
- In your QuickBooks 2016, go to File, Back Up Company, and then Create Local Backup.
- Choose Local backup, then Next. Browse the location where you save your backup copy.
- Click OK. Then, follow the steps that will guide you through the rest.
After that, let's download and install the software. Here's how:
- Go to downloads and updates.
- Select your country, product, and version.
- Click Download.
