Hello there, @JeffChr.

 

You can control your Password Settings by going to the Password Vault in your QuickBooks File Manager. This is where your username and password are saved for any Company File that you have. All you have to do is go to Password Vault  Change Password Vault. After adjusting the login information, sign out and log back in. Your Settings will adjust and remove the notification. I recommend changing your password regularly to prevent any breaching.
