The Annual Form W-2/W-3 - Wage and Tax Statement/Transmittal is located under the File Forms section. For your reference see the steps and screenshots added below.
- Go to the Employees menu at the top menu bar, then select Payroll Center.
- Click on the File Forms button beside Pay Liabilities so you can select the form you want to open.
- Hover your mouse to the Annual Form W-2/W-3 - Wage and Tax Statement/Transmittal section, then tap on Create Form.
- Under the File Form window, select employees and enter 2015 under the Select Filing Period section.
- Hit OK.
Once completed, you'll be routed to the Payroll Tax Form page. If you wish to print the form click on the Print for Your Records button or save it as a PDF.
