To get started, let's review the export limitation process for your guidance. Once done, please use the Internet Explorer browser when exporting data to desktop:
- Log in to your QuickBooks Online account.
- Go to the Gear icon.
- Select Export Data.
- Click on Learn more in the Moving to QuickBooks Desktop?
- Follow the instruction to export.
