I'll make sure you're QuickBooks Online data is converted to the desktop version, please follow the steps below.

 

To get started, let's review the export limitation process for your guidance. Once done, please use the Internet Explorer browser when exporting data to desktop:

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online account. 
  2. Go to the Gear icon.
  3. Select Export Data
  4. Click on Learn more in the Moving to QuickBooks Desktop?
  5. Follow the instruction to export.
