Is this issue fixed? Has deleting "Entitlement File" worked for anyone?

We upgraded from QB ES 2018 to QB ES 2019 in September 2019, and since then we have been getting this error once every week.  

We use QuickBooks Web Connector to sync data from our database to quickbooks. The QuickBooks Web Connector gets this "expired" message once every week, and it freezes the auto-run job.
