Let's do additional steps to fix the error, so you can complete installing your client's QuickBooks.

Aside from checking the QuickBooks Tools Hub, you can also do the Quick Fix. Then, you can try installing QuickBooks after. Please follow the rest of the steps in this article: Error 1712 when installing QuickBooks for Desktop.

If the solutions in the article above won't work, you can repair or reinstall Microsoft .NET Framework and Microsoft MSXML. These components are necessary then installing QuickBooks and cause errors if damaged.
