QB team.  Instead of saying "if the migrate tool doesn't work for you, there is another way...."

How about saying the "The migrate tool does not work. You will HAVE TO do the manual method."

I've tried the migrate tool and I get the "something wrong" error.  Seems like everyone else gets that too.  There is something wrong, IT DOESN'T WORK!
