For now, the ability to import Purchase Orders into QuickBooks Online is still unavailable. We're unable to provide you a specific time frame as to when this feature be added in QuickBooks. You'll want to consider looking for a third party application that can integrate with QBO. That way, you'll be able to import purchase orders. You can visit this link: QuickBooks App Center
