If you have QuickBooks Online Essentials or QuickBooks Online Plus, you can migrate data from QuickBooks Desktop to QuickBooks Online using MMC Converter as the accounting conversion service. These are the following data that MMC are able to convert into QuickBooks Online:'
- Chart of Accounts
- Customer Details
- Supplier Details
- Opening Account Balances
- Aged Receivables
- Aged Payables
- Bank Transactions (Includes Invoice payments, Bill payments, and other Bank Transactions)
- Credit Card (converted as QuickBooks Online Bank Accounts)
- Invoices and Credit Notes
- Bills
- Manual Journals
Also, most of the time conversion process will take three (3) to five (5) business days from the time they receive the data. But this will still depend on the accounting conversion service.
