How do I set up a connection to Nedbank? I use the Nedbank Money App that handles the authorisation of request now and there are not OTPs. Can it be fixed?

When doing the bank account setup to Nedbank, the process prompts for an OTP.
I am using the Authorise-It security feature of Nedbank on which you authorise login request via the Money App.
The request comes through when setting up the account, and I authorise it, but QuickBooks asks for an OTP. There is no OTP to enter, so it is impossible to complete the bank account setup.
Is there a way to get past this without compromising on security settings of my online banking?
If not, can this be fixed?
It is really inconvenient.
