When doing the bank account setup to Nedbank, the process prompts for an OTP.
I am using the Authorise-It security feature of Nedbank on which you authorise login request via the Money App.
The request comes through when setting up the account, and I authorise it, but QuickBooks asks for an OTP. There is no OTP to enter, so it is impossible to complete the bank account setup.
Is there a way to get past this without compromising on security settings of my online banking?
If not, can this be fixed?
It is really inconvenient.
