As of this writing, Nedbank has stopped providing feeds to QuickBooks Online, so I suggest uploading your transactions. You can do it weekly or twice a week, depending on the number of transactions you have.
On the other hand, I can see that johan6 mentioned that he was able to connect. However, I couldn't find any updates about the said bank at the moment. I'm also unable to ask for your account details from here to check the emails sent to you since this is a public forum. It's best to contact our Support team again to verify them.
