I can help you get your bank downloaded transactions be imported to QuickBooks, info1691.

Just to clarify, what is the exact error did you receive when trying to connect Ned Bank and Standard banking with QuickBooks? This is for me to further look into any open investigation about it.

In the meantime, you can try connecting your bank using its URL. I suggest connecting your bank using a private browser to check if the issue is caused by a browser-related cache. There are times that the browser is full of frequently accessed page resources, thus causing websites, like QuickBooks Online (QBO), to act weirdly. To use a private browser, here's how:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Option + P

If this works, it means that you need to clear your browser's cache so the system can start fresh. If you get the same result while using a private browser, I recommend switching to a different browser.

If you're unable to locate your bank from the list of supported bank accounts, it's possible that your bank has updated its URL. If that's the case, you can send a request for this to be supported. While waiting for the update, you can download your bank transactions and import them into QuickBooks using a CSV file. You can refer to this article for more detailed instructions: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online
