You can import your QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) data to QuickBooks Online (QBO) through Intuit Data Services.

To do this, you'll have to:

• Complete the pre-conversion checklist.
  
• Complete our conversion form and upload a backup of your data.
  
• Review the results using the post-conversion checklist for getting started with QuickBooks Online.

To add, you can import each lists to QuickBooks Online International through an Excel (*xls) or .CSV file. You can use this article as a reference: https://community.intuit.com/articles/1145982.
