Hi accounts-woodroc!

 

The best thing to do with your transactions is to remove them since we're unable to correct them. I'm happy to guide you through the steps.

 

If the transactions are still in the For review section:

  1. Select the transactions.
  2. Click the Exclude option.
  3. Go to the Excluded section.
  4. Select the transactions again.
  5. Click Delete.

If the transactions were already accepted:

  1. Go to the Categorised section.
  2. Select the transactions and click Undo to bring them back to the For review section.
  3. Go to the For review section and follow the steps above.

You can upload the correct transactions after removing the wrong ones and add or match them to your transactions in QuickBooks. After that, you can reconcile your account.
