I can provide some information about importing supplier bills, @johan-masanamine.

You can import Bank Data, Customers, Suppliers, Chart of Accounts, Invoices, and Bills in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

The feature to include classes when importing bills is currently unavailable. The following data are only required:

  • Bill no.
  • Supplier
  • Bill Date
  • Due Date
  • Account
  • Line Amount
  • Line Tax Code

I can see how having this functionality would be helpful for you and your business. Rest assured that I'll take note of it. In the meantime, I recommend visiting our Blog site. This is where we share recent happenings and future developments, such as updates to newly added features.

You can refer to the following article for more information about preparing your file and importing it to your account: Import your bills in QuickBooks Online.
