The knowledge base you shared is for International accounts. QBO Advanced USA has no option for import bills. However, you can find a third-party app that you can use to import them.
- Sign in to QBO Advanced.
- Go to Apps on the left navigation bar.
- Search for something like import bills or import transactions.
- Choose from the suggested apps.
On the other hand, here's the article for the US region: Common questions about importing data to QuickBooks Online. Please disregard the statement about bills. I've already submitted feedback about it. Then, make sure you choose the US flag before searching for references for US accounts.
