Since you’re using QuickBooks Online (QBO) International version, you can utilize a conversion or importer tool to move all your QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) files. You can go to your Apps menu to find a tool that works best for you.
Here’s how:
- Open your new QBO account.
- Select the Apps menu from your left pane.
- In the Search field, enter Conversion/Importer.
- You can select each app to view its features and reviews.
- Select Get app now once decided.
If you have a different identification number for each company file, you’ll need to get 10 separate QBO subscriptions for each. This is to make sure your tax reporting is accurate.
