For now, we don't have a complete list of account types and detail types for the chart of accounts. When mapping the fields, select the detail type that is closest to the account type. For example, select Cash, Checking, or Trust for Bank Account type. Meanwhile, look or Gas, Cost of Labor, or Equipment Rental for expense type of accounts.
You can also follow or download our sample spreadsheet to avoid errors when importing your list into QuickBooks Online.
