I can help you fix the error message that appears when importing invoices.

 

To be sure, is there any tax on the invoice you want to import? The error occurs if you enable Automated Sales Tax since importing invoices with sales taxes isn't supported yet.

 

I recommend disabling the feature and reimporting the invoices.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. On the left navigation bar, click Taxes.
  2. Press Sales tax settings in the upper-right corner.
  3. Select Turn off sales tax.

If the issue persists, you may consider looking for a third-party application that helps you import those invoices. Go to the Apps menu to find one.
