Let's make your imported customers inactive, kashif-royalruby.
As of now, the only option to delete your customers is by making them inactive. Doing so will hide their names from the lists and menus in QuickBooks.
Here's how:
- Go to Get paid & pay and select Customers.
- Locate and click the customer's name.
- Select Edit.
- Click Make inactive and Yes to confirm.
