I’m happy to walk you through the steps on how to add multiple VAT rates, @jhogan4.

You can add multiple VAT rates by going to the Tax Centre. Before doing so, the rates are provided for informational purposes only and are not tax or accounting advice.

I’ll show you how to do it:

  1. From the Tax Centre, choose Add Tax.
  2. Select which type of tax rate you want to set up.
  3. Enter the details of your tax rate. If you need help with this screen, select the Help button (yellow question mark).
  4. Click Save when done.

Moreover, it's best to consult your tax or accounting advisors regarding the applicability of these rates.

Once settled, you’ll now be able to select that account when creating your bill in QBO. For more details about this process, feel free to visit this article: How do I set up sales GST/VAT rates and use them on forms?

Moreover, I've included these articles to learn more about how to set up and use the tax feature and available reports in QuickBooks:

Feel free to visit me here again in the Community, and keep me posted on your progress with adding multiple VAT rates in QBO. I'm determined to help you succeed. Keep safe always!
