Google Sheet dialog box not in my QBO Plus (International)

I got a detailed list of steps for importing Google Sheets into QuickBooks Online from @Jovychris_A (QuickBooks Team). However, my QBO Plus does not have a dialog box for Google Sheets, only "Select a CSV or Excel file to upload" dialog box.

Please, I am missing anything?
