I need help regarding the following issues on quickbooks -
1. Whenever I try to raise an issue through chat, the chat is not getting initiated. I don't get any response from the team for hours and the chat is not getting accounted for. Attaching screenshot for reference.
2. I have connected my shopify with quickbook and we charge shipping from customers. So, I want to know where the amount of shipping for each order is getting accounted for in quickbooks by default? Because we raise payment to the carrier against that shipping amount.
Let me know, what can be done.
