I can see the importance of getting your data back in your TurboTax account after you exported the information from QuickBooks, @hugh2019. Rest assured that I'll route you to the right support to help troubleshoot this issue.

Based on your concern, it looks like you're using QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) US version. If so, the system prompts you to pay your filing fees if you don't automatically send the info to TurboTax. With this, I'd suggest contacting our Customer Care Team. They have the tools to re-toggle an option so you can perform the exporting process again. Also, they can ensure you won't be billed again. They are available from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm PST (Mondays to Fridays) and from 6:00 am to 3:00 pm PST (Saturdays). I'll guide you how.

  1. Go to the Help menu at the upper right.
  2. Select Contact us
  3. Enter Export the info from QBSE to Turbo Tax again in the Ask a question (or tell us what's wrong) box.
  4. Hit Continue
  5. Choose a way to connect with a support agent.

Additionally, I recommend visiting this website: Annual Taxes Guide. It provides you more details about completing the Tax Checklist, creating a file of all your tax documents, and running year-end reports.

I'm just a comment away if you need anything else. Have a great day, @hugh2019.
