Thanks for choosing QuickBooks Online to cater to your business needs, BobbyZou. I'm here to help you successfully import your invoices into the program.

Upon viewing the screenshot you've added, it seems like you're missing some details while importing your invoices into the program. With this, I'd suggest downloading this sample spreadsheet to know the needed requirements.

If you use numbers to track your invoices, I'd recommend turning on custom transaction numbers in QuickBooks. If you don't turn this on, QuickBooks will automatically number the invoices for you. I'll show you how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon and then select Account and settings.
  2. Choose the Sales tab.
  3. In the Sales form content section, select Edit.
  4. Select Custom transaction numbers and turn on the option.
  5. Click Save and then Done.

I'd also encourage checking out this article to learn more about what you can't import in the program: Import Multiple Invoices at Once.

Once your invoices are ready, you can now import them into QuickBooks Online. If you have other questions about uploading your data, I'll be adding this article to help clear some of your confusion: Frequently Asked Questions About Importing Data.

Aside from importing your invoices, you can also import your products and services into QuickBooks Online. This helps you save much of your time instead of adding it one by one in the program.

I'm only a post away if you need more help in importing your data into QuickBooks, BobbyZou. It's always my pleasure to help you out again.
