I’m here to ensure you can import Trial Balance in QuickBooks as soon as possible, @maponestop.

 

I checked our records, and I can see that we have an open investigation (INV-58487) about the error when importing the Trial balance.

 

This means that our engineers are already aware of this incident and are currently working to resolve the issue. We will continue to monitor the progress and will be in touch as soon as an update is received. 

 

For now, I recommend reaching out to chat or phone support teams. They will be asking for your account details to add you to the list of affected users. This way, you’ll receive updates once the resolution is rolled out.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Choose Help (?).
  3. In QB Assistant, enter the topic you need help with. 

  4. Select Contact Us to connect with a live support agent.
  5. Click Start a chat with a support expert. The Live chat is available from M-F, 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
