There are lots of possibilities why transactions won't sync, connect7.

 

They includes:

 

  • A connection issue between your bank and QBO.
  • The financial institution’s server is offline.
  • Error messages or codes that require you to perform a certain task. 

 

In the meantime, let's manually update the connection between your bank and QuickBooks,. We can do that by clicking Transactions and then selecting Banking. Then, click the Update button.

 

If the download seems stuck, let's check your bank's page for any page maintenance.

 

Also, can you tell me the name if your bank so I can check on my end for any investigation regarding this one.
