First, what is the exact error did you received during the importing process? This is for me to further check its root cause.

In the meantime, here are the factors to consider when importing your bank transactions:

• Make sure the file is in a CSV (comma-separated values) format.
• Ensure to save your data as a CSV or Comma delimited.
• Check if the file has blank lines if it does delete them.
• Please make sure to select the column header labels (from the dropdowns) that match the column header labels in your CSV file.
• Your CSV file should contain the following information: Date, Description, and Amount. Here's how your file looks like when it's ready:

If your CSV file is mapped properly, you can try accessing your account on a private or an incognito browser. Then, try importing again. This allows you to browse the net without storing internet history and cookies. You can use any of these keyboard shortcuts:

• For Google Chrome browser: Ctrl + Shift + N
• For Mozilla Firefox browser: Ctrl + Shift + P
• For Safari browser: Command + Shift + N

If it works in incognito, you'd want to clear the cache of your regular browser.
