As much as I want to provide a time frame when this will be resolved, I don’t have the full visibility here on my end. I suggest reaching out to our Product Support team directly. They have the tools to verify this ongoing issue and provide the latest updates.

 

Here’s detailed guidance on how to reach them:

 

  1. First, go to the Help icon to connect to a support agent. 
  2. Click on the Contact Us button to email your concern. 
  3. Tick on Start an email button, a window appears.
  4. Provide your account information and some insight about this concern.
  5. Lastly, click on the Send email button.
