We can convert your company data from QuickBooks Desktop to QuickBooks Online within the first 60 days of your QuickBooks Online company start date. However, it's only available for QuickBooks US and UK versions. When you import your Desktop file will replace your Online file and overwrite any existing information. Data that exported after 60 days can no longer be purge nor restored which will generate a new company file.

However, if you wish to export the file you can sign up for QuickBooks Online free trial. This enables you to transfer your file from QuickBooks Desktop then select the trial account for QuickBooks Online.
