Hello there, @Faro.

 

I can guide you on how to add the details from these fields to your products and services.

 

We're able to import inventory to QuickBooks using an Excel CSV file. To add the category and preferred supplier information, you need to input them to the imported products and services manually. These fields are currently not included in the QuickBooks Online field available on the mapping page.

 

To add the details manually:

 

  1. Select Products and services from the Gear icon.
  2. Look for the product from the list, then click on Edit under Action.
  3. Add the category and the preferred supplier from each desired field, then click on Save and close.
  4. Replicate the steps for the rest of the items.
