Let's first try accessing your QuickBooks Online account using a private or incognito window. This way, we can see if this a web browser related issue. You can use any of these keyboard shortcuts:
Once you're able to successfully login, let's first check whether the invoice you've imported awhile age was successful. If it is not, let's try importing your invoices again. You can refer to this article for the detailed instructions: Import multiple invoices at once.
Once completed, you can open your regular browser and clear its cache. Some times, the data stored from your regular browser for a long period causes unusual behavior. Also, you can use other web browsers.
