Hi there, @luissr2007. Before I provide you with the steps on how you can manually import transactions in QuickBooks Online (QBO), there are things I need to ask you so we can locate the missing transaction.

I'd like to know what troubleshooting steps you performed to fix this. This way, we will be able to see the root cause of the issue.

While waiting for your response, you can try to clear your browser's cache and Intuit-specific cookies since you mentioned that there's only a specific date of transaction that was not showing in QBO and is available in your bank. This will refresh the website preferences and remove damaged files that cause the auto-importing issues.

As a workaround, let's manually upload the transaction via a CSV file and locate a match in the For Review section. Here's how:

  1. Prepare your transaction in a CSV file format.
  2. Go to the Transactions tab in QBO and select Bank Transactions.
  3. Click the Link account dropdown and choose Upload from file.
  4. Pick an account. Drag or download the file in the provided table.
  5. Follow the on-screen steps.

To find the pair of your manually uploaded transactions, check out this article: Match your bank and credit card transactions.
