Hello, @hr32.

 

You can deposit the payment in QuickBooks without entering the customer's name. Let me guide you on how to do it.

  1. Go to the New (+) icon.
  2. Choose Bank Deposit.
  3. Select the account where the actual payment was posted.
  4. Enter the payment details.
    • Make sure not to enter the customer's name in the Received From column.
  5. Click the Save and Close button.
