Thank you so much for the detailed response it was very helpful. However, unlinking the accounts didn't accomplish much. All of the duplicate sales and expenses are still left as accounts with balances and still showing in my reports. 

The only action it lets me do is make the "Channel" accounts accounts inactive, but I am reading online that this wont delete the transactions in those accounts, and it could cause errors with other accounts that reference them (However, we did not reference these accounts in any of the reports or accounts we actually do use). 

I cant simply delete all of these duplicate transactions and get accurate Income Statements without exporting them to excel, and then manually deleting the rows of the duplicate accounts. 

Are there any solutions to this?
