We don't want you to have this experience, Ray. Let me share more information about the CSV template.

I recognize the urgency of importing your bank transactions to QuickBooks Online (QBO), Ray. I'm here to share details about the CSV template.

QBO allows a 3-column table with columns for Date, Description, and Amount, and a 4-column table with columns for Date, Description, Credit, and Debit to choose. To import them, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Transactions, then Bank Transactionsp1.png
  2. Click the Link account dropdown, and select Upload from a filep2.png
  3. Click Drag and drop or select files, then select Continue.
  4. Choose the bank on the QuickBooks Account dropdown, and click Continue
  5. Follow the on-screen instructions, and then click Continue, and select Yesp3.png
  6. Hit Done.

For an update on your cases, I recommend contacting our support team, as they can check your account on a safe server. Visit this article for more information about the CVS file template: Format CSV files in Excel to get bank transactions into QuickBooks.
