Feel free to keep working during the update. When it's finished, check the Banking menu again for the missing transaction. It's likely in the For review section.

Alternatively, you can also use other supported browser. Doing so will eliminate common errors that hinder the application from working properly.
If you've tried the above steps and still can't find the transactions, it might be a bank-related issue. I recommend reaching out to your bank for help. You can ask if they're having maintenance or have an issue in downloading a bank transaction as they can assist and inform if they do have and help you resolve the issue.
