I have the steps you can take in importing information to your QuickBooks Online (QBO), accounts.
To import information from your QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) to QBO, please make sure to use a supported file format to get them into the application. You can use a CSV (Comma Separated Values) file, Google Sheets, or an XLS/XLSX file to import information to QuickBooks Online.

- Log in to your QuickBooks Online as an admin.

- Select Browse to upload the file from your computer. Choose the file, and select Open.
- Follow the onscreen instructions to continue.
- Once done, select Import.
