I want to ensure you're able to start managing your business with QuickBooks Online (QBO), kevatayloredward.

When you import a QuickBooks Desktop company file into QuickBooks Online, it creates a new company in QuickBooks Online. However, it's important to note that the trial period for the imported version is separate from your existing QuickBooks Online subscription.

To fix this, we can continue using your trial account by resubscribing the subscription. Here's how:

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Choose Settings ⚙.
  3. Under Your Company, select Account and Settings.
  4. Proceed to the Billing & subscription tab, then click Resubscribe.
  5. Select the appropriate payment method.
  6. Enter the updated payment and billing information.
  7. Click Resubscribe.

In this case, you can cancel the other account to avoid extra charges and pay for one account only. Here's how:

  1. Sign in to the Intuit Account Manager.
  2. Select Products & Billing and select your company name.
  3. Find the product you wish to cancel, then select Cancel subscription.
  4. You’ll see a multiple-choice survey on why you're canceling your subscription. Once you’ve filled it out, select Continue to cancel.
  5. You’ll see a page that details product benefits, and the last day you'll be able to use your subscription. Select Continue to cancel.
  6. A confirmation message will reflect to confirm the cancellation of your account. Then, select Got it.

You're always welcome if you have other concerns or follow-up inquiries about managing your QBO company and subscriptions. I'm just around to help. Take care always.
