Thank you for considering QuickBooks Online for your business. I'll share information about importing data.

As of the moment, the functionality to directly import data from Surf Accounting is unavailable. Nevertheless, you have the option to import your account list, customers' and suppliers' names, and products and services into QuickBooks. Keep in mind that QuickBooks already has a pre-established list of account names, so you should only import those that aren't already included in the software. 1. Open the Accounting menu from the left pane.

2. Go to the Chart of accounts tab.                   

3. Review your account list (see screenshot below).

Regarding your transactions, you can link your bank account, which will automatically download the transactions. Or you can manually upload the transactions using a supported web connect file, which can be obtained from your bank's website. For further information on how to upload transactions, please refer to the provided resources.

I also agree with Fiat's suggestion about exporting your data out to SL and using a third-party application that you can integrate with qbo. This also allows you to get the data you want.
