In our companies we have items to entry in Uruguayan pesos and others that are in dollars. So,the currency exchange of that item must be made at the official exchange rate, proposed by the Central Bank of Uruguay. https://www.bcu.gub.uy/Estadisticas-e-Indicadores/Paginas/Cotizaciones.aspx 

For Uruguayan accounting programs, exist a way to import these Uruguayan central bank exchange rate and bring them into the program. This allows the accounting of the company in Uruguayan pesos and in dollars. This exchange rate (monthly) is issued by the central bank in different formats to be able to upload it, (for example, to the accounting program) In txt file, excel, XML. The exchange rate is different from day to day.
