I have exactly the same problem. The issue you have is you cannot tie up attachments to the transactions that are exported. I am in middle of winding up my company and I dont need QB any more but I do need to keep the data for tax accounting purposes in the future and that means I need attachments to link to the transactions they relate to.

This seems such a big miss from QBO .... has nothing changed?
