Please know that there are numbers of reports and list that we can only export from QuickBooks Online into individual Excel files contained in a zip format in one process. These are:

Reports: General Ledger, Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet, Trial Balance, Journal.
Lists: Customers, Employees, Suppliers.

However, if there's a need for you to export everything from QBO, then we may need to adhere Fiat Lux - Asia's suggestion. We can look for a third-party application that you can integrate into QuickBooks Online to help you import all of the necessary data you may need.
