Let's make sure you're able to import custom form styles. If you're unable to access the preference in QuickBooks Labs, it might be enabled for your account already. If this happens, you can go directly to the Custom Form Styles window and import your forms from there.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Tap Settings ⚙, then Custom Form Styles.
  2. Select the New style ▼ dropdown menu, then Import style.
  3. Choose a form type and select Next.
  4. Tap the Upload your .DOCX file field, then find and select your .docx template.
  5. Press Next.
