You can connect your QuickBooks file to the ATO to lodge your BAS or IAS electronically. You need to be logging in as a Company Admin user and then:

1. Go to the GST menu.
2. Select the green Connect the ATO button.
3. Follow the prompts to authorise the connection with the ATO. You can do so by calling the ATO, or logging in to your ATO Access Manager and following the steps provided in the setup.
