Welcome aboard to the Online Community. Let's perform some basic troubleshooting steps, so you can change the payment type.


The first thing to do is to access your company using the incognito/private modes. From there, change the payment type.


This process will erase the browsing and search history once you end the session. The steps may vary depending on the browser you’re using:

 

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox and Internet Explorer: press Ctrl + Shift +P
  • Safari: press Command + Shift +N

If you’re able to change the type of hours seamlessly, switch back to the regular browser and then clear the cache. Deleting it makes the browser reload the webpage from the server again. It will also enhance the system and application performance.


Otherwise use another browser to enter another pay type. You can also use the Health Checkup Tool to identify any compatibility issues with QBO.
