Hi, Helenip. I would like to know what the prompt message says. If the following information appears in every validation, I recommend verifying your company information.

 

Start by verifying all the registration details:

 

  1. Access the Settings by clicking on the gear icon located at the top right corner of the page.
  2. Then, select Company and verify that your business name, ABN, and GST registration details are accurate.

 

If all the details are correct after these checks, clear your browser cache or use a different browser. Sometimes, browser-related issues can cause errors in the system.
